This price includes:

• Any applicable government fee (if required), paid on your behalf

Note: The total price charged is fixed at $30 USD, regardless of currency exchange rate fluctuations.

If you pay via Russian P2P or other alternative methods, the final amount may be higher due to local conversion fees or platform charges—these are outside our control.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

We do not and cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted by Thai immigration authorities.

Approval or rejection is at the sole discretion of the Government of Thailand.

We accept no liability for rejections, delays, or cancellations imposed by government bodies.

4. User Obligations and Accuracy

You must ensure that all information provided in your application is accurate and complete.

We offer a pre-check, but we do not guarantee detection of every error or issue.

You are responsible for verifying the information before final submission.

Once submitted, changes cannot be made and refunds will not be issued due to user error.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not issued under any of the following circumstances:

• Denial by Thai authorities

• Change of plans or no longer needing the TDAC

Once payment is received, we begin processing your application regardless of what is shown on that page.

This behavior is intentional and does not affect your application.
