How to Fill out Your Thailand Digital Arrival Card Form
Follow these steps to complete your Thailand Digital Arrival Card and ensure a smooth 2025 entry:
1. First Name: Enter your first name exactly as it appears in your passport—no nicknames or changes, since immigration checks it closely.
2. Last Name: Add your last name from your passport, keeping it identical to avoid any issues at the border.
3. Email: Provide an active email you check often (e.g., your Gmail)—your TDAC confirmation lands here.
4. Phone with country code: Input your mobile number with the country code (e.g., +1 for the US) so we can reach you if needed.
5. Gender: Choose your gender as listed in your passport—male, female, or other if specified there.
6. Date of Birth: Enter your date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format (e.g., 25/12/1990) as shown in your passport. Double-check for accuracy, as this is used for identity verification.
7. Passport number: Type your passport number exactly as shown, no spaces—grab your passport and copy it carefully, as it’s key.
8. Country of residence: Specify the country where you currently live (e.g., “Canada” or “United Kingdom”). Use the full country name, no abbreviations, to match official records.
9. City/State of residence: Provide the city and, if applicable, state or province of your current residence (e.g., “Toronto, Ontario” or “London”). This helps confirm your residential details.
10. Nationality/Citizenship: If your nationality differs from your country of residence, enter your nationality as listed in your passport (e.g., “India” if you’re an Indian citizen living in the UAE). If it’s the same, skip this field—it’s optional.
11. Occupation: Select the option that best describes your job or status: Student, Employee, Manager, Director, Business Owner, Unemployed, or Other.
12. Date of Arrival: Select your landing date in Thailand (e.g., May 15, 2025) using the calendar picker for precision.
13. Country where you board: Indicate the country where you begin your trip to Thailand (e.g., “Singapore” if your flight to Thailand departs from there). Use the full country name for clarity.
14. Purpose of Travel: Choose your reason for visiting: Holiday (e.g., vacation), Meeting (e.g., business conference), Sports (e.g., events), Business (e.g., work), Employment (e.g., starting a job), Education (e.g., studying), or Medical (e.g., treatment). Select the one that matches your intent, as Thai immigration records this.
15. Flight Number: Enter your flight number from your ticket (e.g., TG123)—this ties your TDAC to your arrival.
16. Visa number: If you have a visa issued by a consulate, input the number; if you’re visa-free, leave it blank—it’s optional.
17. Type of Accomodation: Select where you’ll stay: Hotel, Youth Hostel, Friend’s House, or Apartment. This helps verify your accommodation details.
18. Accommodation name and address: Provide the name of your accommodation (e.g., “Siam Hotel” or “John’s Apartment”) and its address, including at least the city (e.g., “456 Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok”). Keep it specific but simple for accurate registration.
19. Submit Your Form and Pay the Processing Fee: Once everything’s filled, hit submit and pay the $30 fee—quick and secure, ensuring your TDAC is processed fast.
Double-check all details against your passport, submit, and you’re set for Thailand!
